Summary:
In a land based on Persia, Prince Marin Parviz (par-veez) lives under the rule of Queen Afreen and her sister, Queen Golnar. Marin lives a quiet life until a chance encounter causes him to cross paths with a prisoner. Thanks to his secret visits to the palace underground, they grow closer and the Azardian prince learns of the corruption going on inside the palace's own walls.

Saffron is a brand new 85 page graphic novel, written and illustrated by mithras. Issue #1 is currently uploading for free once a week on comicfury, but you can download the whole thing here! (All I ask is that you don't comment spoilers)
Because I have to size down images when I post them online, and because the printed edition uses CMYK colors, this is the best way to read Saffron! Also, the download comes with a free printable bookmark.
